Lynnwood is a town of about 34,000 people just a few miles north of Seattle, and south of Everett. It’s location is very convenient to freeways (I-405 and I-5), Highway 99 and other major roads.
Lynnwood’s claim to fame is definitely the Alderwood mall. There has been some major growth in the past 5-6 years at and near the mall. It has become a shopping destination for people all over the state, and even people across the Canadian border! Usually when you see a home listed within about ten miles, the listing will say “close to shopping” meaning, close to Lynnwood!
