I was talking with some friends the other night about their townhome in Bothell that I helped them buy. I’m a little bit envious that because they own a townhome, there is no one above them, or below them.
I love my condo in Mukilteo, but it got me thinking, “What if I would have bought a townhome in Harbour Pointe, Mukilteo?”
So, I started to do a little bit of research and here are some of the townhome complexes in the Mukilteo area.
The Camden townhomes were built in 2006 and have a very contemporary, urban feel to them. They come with either an attached one car garage, or a two car tandem garage. They are the closest townhomes to the Mukilteo Speedway if you turn onto Harbour Pointe Blvd at the south end.
The Grove
The Grove is a small community of townhomes right in the middle of the Harbour Pointe loop. They were built in the mid 1990s. Unlike a lot of townhomes, the Grove townhomes are two levels, instead of three. They do have attached garages, and several of them have golf course views.
The Villa Monte townhomes are not along the main drag of Harbour Pointe. When you take a left on Harbour Heights Parkway, they are almost down to the bottom of the hill on the right side. These condos have a pretty incredible view of the Puget Sound, and the Olympic mountains. Built in the late 1990s, and they all come with a two car garage and plenty of space. The floorplans do vary a little bit. I have to say though, I’ve never had a bad thing to say about these townhomes. Every once in a while, there is one in there that is pretty affordable too!
Martha’s Vineyard is just on the other side of Wine 101, A Burger Place, Bella Nails, and Celtic Coffee from The Grove, which I talked about earlier. The prices are comparable and they were built right around the same time. The main difference is that Martha’s Vineyard townhomes are mainly three levels.
